At Norprint, we are committed to ensuring your privacy as a client. You can be confident that we do not sell or exchange names, or any other information about our clients with third parties. For brokers and resellers we protect your accounts and will never contact your clients or intentionally allow access to this information by anyone other than those needed to process and produce your orders. Our production area is “off-limits” to all visitors.

Billing

Both first-time and non-credit account orders may be subject to a down payment with the outstanding balance due C.O.D. Initial payments can be made via credit card or you may send a cheque to us prior to the production of your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.

Clients requiring credit may apply via our credit application. Terms are available to clients once a credit line has been approved

Security

All online payment information is transmitted is encrypted using SSL technology, so you can be assured that all of your information is protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and the server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to our server only. Your credit card information is provided directly to the credit card service provider’s site, not to us. We do not access or store this information on our site, so it cannot be stolen from us. This provides you the maximum security.
